FTP Information

It's easy to send us files - just launch an FTP client program and connect to our server with the following credentials:

Server address: 75.151.3.121
user: griggclient
password: customer

Once connected, open the FTP Share folder and, if you're sending us files, upload them to Customer Uploads and then email or call your designer to let us know the files are ready.

Or, if you're downloading files from us, look in the Customer Downloads folder.

Please note: Our server does not support browser-based FTP (i.e. using Internet Explorer). You must use a stand-alone FTP Client. If you are not familiar with FTP or need help using an FTP client, please visit this helpful article.

Because of the vast number of software programs available, we are not able to provide technical assistance with FTP clients. If you're not comfortable with using FTP, that's OK! Please call us at 248-356-5005 and we can suggest some alternate ways to get your files from you to us.
